The majority of orders are shipped directly from our New York, USA warehouse. Some items may be shipped from our Marketplace warehouses. Shipping costs are affordable and vary depending on the size and weight of your order, and are calculated at check out. We provide excellent, reliable shipping services within the United States, to Canada, and the rest of the world. All shipping services include tracking information.

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

*If you choose to return your item(s), shipping fees will not be refunded.

**Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

 

FREE Returns and Exchanges 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging) or receive another accessory of your choice that will be shipped to you free of charge. For MARKETPLACE ITEMS, please see return policies below.

We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy-return process to print out a free return label - your shipping costs are prepaid. 

Exchanges are excluded from our Marketplace vendors.

**This excludes the Jungle Gym Cat Tree Condo, Perch Tree Cat Tower and Modern Wave Cat Tree. These items are not eligible for free returns and return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.**

Full refunds are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 15 days of receiving the order. Free exchanges are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 30 days of receiving the order. Please note that our return policy does not include ear cuffs, earrings, bodysuits, catyhose, and cat apparel, which are final sale due to hygienic reasons. Also, any edible cat treat is not refundable or eligible for store credit if the cat does not like it. 

**All Clearance Items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange**

*Products of a Custom Nature cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order. Items that are Custom Printed upon Ordering are Not eligible for Return or Exchange unless the Item is Defective.*

*Free Returns within the United States only.

*If you choose to return your item(s), shipping fees will not be refunded. 

*Note that all seasonal items are final sale.

If your return or exchange request is beyond this time frame, please contact our support team, and they'll do everything in their power to help you out.

Easy Return and Exchange Process: 

1. Email customer care at contact@meowingtons.com. If you would like a refund, request a return package that includes instructions and a return shipping label. If you would like to make an exchange, request an exchange package.

2. Ship your return, including our filled-out return form.

3. When we receive your return, it will be processed in under 24 hours. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting an exchange, the merchandise you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they're in stock.

Marketplace Returns: 

Items that are shipped from our Marketplace vendors are eligible for returns if they are in the state you received them, and in the original packaging

Marketplace items must be returned directly to the seller. To return your items, please send an email to contact@meowingtons.com to begin your return. Please note, return labels may take 1-2 business days to be generated. 

You will receive a confirmation email once the Marketplace seller has received your package and a refund has been processed.
