Purrfectly Timed Photos Of Cats Caught In Midair

Timing is everything, especially in photography. And when it comes to photography, we're of the opinion that there is no finer subject than the humble cat. The Internet would seem to agree! These purrfectly timed photos of felines midjump manage to capture the enigmatic creature that rules the Internet, encapsulating their grace and elegance ... mostly

This looks like a scene out of The Lion King.

Look, Ma! No paws!

This guy looks like he's riding an invisible bycicle.

"The Leap of Faith"

They call this wrestling move the Flying Feline.

I never saw this all-feline remake of Up

Add a tractor beam and you could easily imagine this kitty being abducted by aliens. He's already got stars in his eyes!

Goodness, gracious, great balls of fluff!

"I've made a huge mistake."

"I love to sing-a, about the moon-a and the June-a and the spring-a!"

"It's a bird. It's a plane. No, it's SuperCat!"

"Don't cry over spilled milk, human! I'll lap it up."

"It's time to try defying gravity! I think I'll try defying gravity~"

And last, but not least, this furry torpedo ... And the last thing I saw before I died. #WorthIt

I’m a bit surprised you didn’t include the classic “Dali Atomicus.” Maybe because it had furniture, water, and a human in midair along with the cats?
Here’s an article about it: http://atpeacewithpink.blogspot.com/2016/05/take-28-throw-cats.html

One of the most startling things about “Dali Atomicus” is its age; it was taken in 1948!
